Josh Bean replaces Josh Wasson on Excalibur Sideline

2017-08-06

Josh Wasson has been with the Trent Excalibur for nine years as a player and coach. He's moving on because of a career change and will be replaced by another local player and Excalibur grad, Josh bean.

Josh Wasson-McQuigge is going to have a very different autumn than he's experienced for almost the past decade. After nine years as a player and coach with the Trent Excalibur, he is returning to school to pursue a career change.

"It's going to be weird because I've been doing it for almost a decade," Wasson-McQuigge told The Peterborough Examiner. "It will be weird not having to go there four or five times a week. I'm just going to be a spectator and maybe helping them out from the stands yelling from the front row."

Another Trent alum, Josh Bean, will take over Wasson's role. Read the whole story in the Examiner
